WELL WELL it’s that time again for skimpy clothes. Which means I still need to lose weight! hehe. I’ve been trying for about a year to lose the weight I had gained since graduating from high school, but it seems that the freshman 15 has turned into some other ungoldy number. But my theory as to why it’s so hard is that it’s because I don’t want to lose a siginificant amount of weight…only 10-15 pounds or so. The hard part for me of course is the excercise. Simply put, I just don’t do it.
I decided to change that this summer and i began excercising regularly for 30-40 minutes everyday, but unfortunatley that lasted for about a week. I did however, manage to lose 6 pounds! and since i kept up with my diet I managed to lose another 3 pounds. wootwoot.
